We chose this form of enterprise upon our foundation in 2000 because we want everyone who contributes to enmore’s success to share in it, as well.

We have accomplished this by implementing a special payment model that enables each employee to share to a large extent in the revenues he or she achieves.

In addition, our employees typically hold stock in the company; they also organise shareholders’ meetings and appoint our supervisory board. Above all, however: they are responsible for the company they embody, along with its success.

The degree of personal freedom enjoyed by every individual at enmore consulting ag is another defining aspect of our company.

There is no vast, involved hierarchy, the type of which one finds at many traditional companies. Our streamlined processes and low overhead are what help us achieve optimal efficiency. The company is organised in several teams, each with a leader who serves the members of his or her team as a partner, enabler, personal development assistant, and counsellor. Our team leaders also work as consultants.

Additionally, having our own SAP system and encouraging mutual support and mentoring within our workforce are further key elements that help each individual employee succeed – and with them, the company as a whole.
