Before Marcus Hartmann joined enmore consulting ag he acted as billing solutions leader at E.ON IS/Wuerzburg (2007-2009). Primary areas of responsibility were ERP-release changes, unbundling rules.

Before this time he supported the „Center of Expertise Utilities“ set-up at Capgemini Deutschland GmbH for about 2 years. Also he was in charge of the SAP IS-U/CRM team. Secundary he was responsible for development and realization of training sessions.

Further professional steps of the graduated business economist were: SPE Unternehmensberatung GmbH, Mannesmann Arcor AG, Einkaufskontor Frankfurt GmbH. Main focus of his duties is project quality increase - from project management via accounts receivables management to quality management.

Starting 2003 he deepened his expertise in deregulation, f.e. market communication, unbundling rules. He was also involved in building up an A/R- management during the implementation of a satellite-based toll system.

Some of his major customers are Toll Collect GmbH and SAP AG. As a quality manager for Financial Customer Care processes at British Gas he became international project experience.

Mr. Koester’s career started 1999 at cronos GmbH where he was significantly involved in building up a billing consulting sector. 2002-2003 he was responsible for the contract current account sector.
